Yes you a cream developer. Do an even ratio of developer to the hair color, 1oz:1oz, 2:2 & so on. Leave on at least 20 mins to get a good coverage. It says 10 mins but double that time.. use the developer you normally use but the Schwarzkopf is better. Happy coloring!! ALOHA!
