Do these bottles have a seal like the new small bottles?

No they have a pump system, which is closed until in use.

I have bought this but can’t activate the pump as it hasn’t lifted, have trying turning the head in both directions but it hasn’t released…?

Should just release once you turn , maybe faulty?

I have 2 x 1 litre. Less plastic waste and it lasts ages!
