I can see why these get so much praise — they actually work. I’ve put a few around the house in spots that tend to get a bit musty or suffer from condensation (like the window sills and the cupboard under the stairs), and they’ve been quietly pulling in loads of moisture from the air.They don’t leak, last a fair while, and are mess-free to dispose of once they’re full. For 10 of them at around a tenner, they’re great value.If you’ve got damp issues or just want to keep the air a bit drier in problem areas, these are a simple and effective fix.

Great little product for keeping condensation down in the conservatory. Easy to use, just pop it open and leave it in place. It doesn’t take up much space and helps keep the windows clearer. Not a replacement for a full dehumidifier, but perfect for light damp issues. Good value for the price.

I picked up this pack to tackle some damp spots in our home, and it’s been doing the job. The tubs are easy to use—just peel off the foil and place them where you need them. They’ve noticeably reduced moisture in our wardrobe and kitchen, and the musty smell is gone.

This item was absolutely useless! I have had a similar product from another Amazon supplier previously, and it was very good, but sadly this was no comparison. I had a damp issue behind the kickboards of kitchen, and placed 2 of the items there (as I had done successfully before). After one month there was absolutely no damp collected in the base, while the black mould and dampness was still obvious on the wall and floor. The loose granules had solidified into one hard lump, and no water in the base; a totally useless product! Will return for a refund, and perhaps Amazon will investigate why this item is still for sale.
