Absolutely love using these for my heat intolerance for my chronic illnesses! Super handy to keep by your bedside to then shake and snap when you need a quick cool down! I used one recently for a bad pots episode and it definitely helped. Will probably be useful for panic attacks too, very cold! It doesn’t last ages but I got them to last a good while sometimes! I even put some in fridge for reuse. Perfect size to keep in a small bag and take out too.

My kids do a lot of combat sports like kickboxing MMA bjj. So these are a life saver as they are forever getting bumps and bruise. Even helped when my duster recently broke her finger. Can mold around her hand and other some quick relief.

Quick easy and has saved me, I've had a hideous hip and leg injury and at times in agony, one of these shoved down my sock seems to stop the pain in my shins in it's tracks. Lasts at least 20-30mins too.

They do the job, they get cold instantly, not freezing cold but cold enough for some relief.The bags are bigger than I thought, and the side seams are long which means it can have slightly sharpish edges. They do advise to cover in a cloth though.They don't last for too long in coldness, I use for in between legs or if in more warmer areas, they warm up after probably 5 minutes. So they're not the greatest for warm areas or in hot weather but probably better for outer limbs etc.

I use these in the summer to cool down, when I have a migraine, when a bump calls for a cold compress- the uses are endless.(I found out my 7 year old was putting them in the freezer after they had lost their coldness and they worked quite well- but obviously can't advise you to do the same).I also use them after I've been for an intimate wax and it's so soothing. I've not had any leakages on me nor my 7 year old and he literally puts them in his pillowcase and lies on it when he's too hot.They are an ideal size and for the price just about reasonable. The corners are abit sharp but depends how you are using them.I always keep some in my house though- they are just so versatile.
