Cloudray Auto Focus Sensor Z Axis Engraving Machine Sensor Z-Axis Focusing Sensor for Automatic Motorized 24mm CO2 Lazer Engraving Cutting Machine (24mm)

Connected this to a Ruida Rdc6442s-b.This is a powered sensor so it needs 24v to work. On my controller I connected up as follows.Blue to CN3 pin 1Black to CN3 pin 4Brown to CN2 pin 6 (not in CN3 pin 6)

The one they (OMTech) installed on the brand new unit, straight from the factory, was partially responsible for the fire that nearly destroyed my new machine. Fortunately, OMTech did not honor any warranty, so I was able to rebuild the machine using quality parts from Cloudray. From new lenses, mirrors and a few other much better quality parts including the autofocus sensor.This sensor is very easy to install. Pull out the existing wiring using it to pull in the new. Mount the sensor ring on the lens body. You can use either the machine settings (programming stuff) or the allen key to set the height of the "Z". I did both, but by marking the barrel of the sensor where it's supposed to be, it makes the frequent lens cleanings a breeze. Disconnect the air, loosen and remove the sensor, then pull the lens head and clean. Reverse the order, and make sure you get the marked line even with the top of the mounting ring, and you're back in perfect alignment. They already have a mark (machined in line) on it, but my machine is much different now than previously sent.You know this is the best sensor for this machine because the factory now uses this version on their production line.

Fonctionne parfaitement, j'ai juste du imprimer une autre pièce de fixation car mon optique laser mesure 30mm, donc ce serait bien de proposer ces dimensions

J'avais une commande de hauteur manuel, j'ai mis un moteur pas a pas et cette sone de hauteur,Il fait parfaitement son travail, il y a meme une petite Led rouge dessus pour controler le fonctionnement.Bon j'ia du modifier le support, mais c'est parceque il n'etait pas compatible avec la tete laser que j'utilise
