Beautifully made, and solid – I have not even used for dough, but to scrape clumping grass cat litter from the side of our stainless steel litter box, and it works perfectly and cleans off well! If I ever decide to make a foray into breadbaking, I’ll need to buy a second and keep them in their respective places, lol!

Recently got into bread making, so of course I needed all the tools! This is a great looking scraper/shaper. I imagine all the other brands work as well, it's not a complicated tool. BUT, no other looks as good! Great looks and it works,,,and the price is right.

I really do like this scraper, but I can't justify giving it five stars. When I received it there were three chips of loose bamboo that were about to fall off. One was pretty significant. It'll work great as a scraper and I love that it won't damage my counters, but those chips really bother me. If they had better quality control, not only would it be a five star product, but I'd be buying these to gift. They almost nailed it, but dropped the ball in that one area. It is super hard and the beveled edge is sharper than I thought it would be. Very strong scraper. I will enjoy using this.

I've bought several different scrapers for my Pitt Boss Griddle, but this scarper is large in size, very sturdy and since its made of wood it what scratch my ceramic cooking top. Don't hesitate this is the one to get.
