Bare Republic Mineral Sunscreen SPF 70 Sunblock Face Lotion, Enriched with Antioxidant-Rich Hydrators, 2 Fl Oz

I am extremely fair & I wear SPF year round. I researched sunscreen for a June trip to USVI -both to satisfy the local rules for approved eco-friendly ingredients as well as protecting my skin in that intense sun. MANY people recommended by name by name. I used this on my face and found it went on nicely. I didn't have that severe white mask effect from mineral sunscreens. My face never burned. There was plenty of product left after my trip and I continued to use it on my face whenever I went to the local pool. Will definitely buy again next year!

Love this stuff. Tried a bunch of different natural sunscreens. This one spreads the best and has a nice light fragrance. It definitely leaves a light white sheer coating on your skin - have to rub in a lot to get that to fade - but it's good stuff. I use it for my arms and upper chest more than my face really. The body sunscreens are just too heavy and so white. This one is easy apply which means I'm more likely to do it. If you are looking for no show, look for a tinted (I liked Sun Bum) but apparently the SPF doesn't last as long. I looked at a lot of other sunscreens and sounds like you can get no show if you want to spend $30-$70 but wow, that's a lot for something I'm going to use often.

I work outdoors every day almost all day long in Florida. I use it every day and I absolutely like this brand over any other one. I work in construction so I have to protect my face all day. I apply in the morning and sometimes again after lunch.Is sticky and face looks a little white, but I don’t care as long as I protect my face.

This is almost a great facial sunscreen. Feels great, protects well, moisturizes my dry skin, even smells pleasant. My only issue is that it turns my pale skin a slightly bluish tint. Even when I applied a light foundation over it, I still looked like Smurfette. Color did fade a little, but not enough. If it looks like this on me, I would recommend any darker skin tones to stay far away from this! Really a shame, because I love it otherwise. I use it when I'm not going out in public 🫤

I’m a big fan of Bare Republic and love their commitment to clean ingredients. I use several of their products regularly, and this facial sunscreen is one of my favorites. The SPF 70 offers excellent protection, and the zinc is soothing and healing for the skin. The scent is light, and I really enjoy the moisturizing benefits as well. One tube lasts me around six months, so it's also very cost-effective. Highly recommend if you're looking for a clean, high-quality sunscreen!
