I'd say the thickness is similar to that of sour cream, and it dries matte clear. It's thick enough to scrape through one of our stencils without seeping underneath. :)

Q: Will dried paste on journal page crack?..like modeling paste

I have used this paste on journal pages, mixed media canvas and cardstock. I have never had any issues with the dried paste cracking on my projects. I hope that helps!

Q: Is this sandable? I am trying to get a nice smooth surface on a round object.

Although you can sand this (once dry), it will NOT give you a completely smooth surface because of the "fluffy" consistency. This particular paste dries porous. I would instead suggest our TCW9005 Modeling Paste.
