My Blackhawk B6350 I bought 3 months ago has a made in the USA sticker. For whatever that means. Maybe to sticker was made here!

The lifting range on the jack is 5.5" to 22" H.

I would say no. The hole in this jack only measures 1 1/8". It would seem your adapter needs an 1 1/4" hole for the "peg" to drop into .

Yes. There's a 9/16 bolt that you loosen to remove the handle.
