Philips NeoPix Ultra 2TV, True Full HD projector with Android TV

This is only for a dark room. But it woeks perfect.. the price is amazing and also sound good not needed to conect to another speaker. The software is android tv as a regular android tv.. amazing...

I looked at DLP projectors and other reviews said it's only few people who can see 🌈 rainbow artifacts. In fact every single pixel on DLP projectors was red, blue and bunch of different speckles of colors. Super annoying to notice while you watch. This is LED light and uses LCD lense. ABSOLUTE unit in dark lighting, no rainbow pixels and color accuracy was somewhat darker colors but otherwise very good colors. While black and white were pure and unambiguous, you won't find "neon" color gamut of that of newer televisions. But it's to be expected of a projector that cannot compare to actual televisions with newer and brighter QLED and 4k. Pros: AndroidTV is a must have. It can install and play Google apps. Don't buy a unit without AndroidTV. I looked at other units that says "pre-installed apps". Don't be fooled. Not only that the apps can't be updated but you're limited to to ONLY the apps the manufacturer give you. AndroidTV is a must. Apps get outdated all the time. With AndroidTV and Google playstore you install the latest apps and avoid obsolescence of "pre-installed" apps with other projector units that claim to have "pre-installed" apps that never worked the moment you buy the projector after years of it being on market and Amazom Prime is on the version 0.9485v instead of 0.9134a. Con: it's not laser. But frankly all the laser projectors are using DLP. If you like seeing EVERYTHING with pixels with 5 dozen colors and being blind after watching a movie then be my guest. Buy a laser projector and ruin your eyeball. Not my problem.

The speakers aren't very loud but picture is perfect for the size. The cost is pretty great.

There are many discrepancies in other reviews, some are misleading. Let me explain. This is an excellent projector, it triumphs Nebula (Anker) projectors. I absolutely do not understand why this is a not a best seller. First of all, this does have keystone (vertical and horizontal) corrections. Some other reviews that say otherwise are wrong. If you want tilt correction, use a tripod. I use it next to my bed and use both keystone corrections. Next, this has google TV built-in. Not many projectors have this. This reduces a lot of burden, it is super fast, you have access to google play store right away. The light is really bright, I had to reduce the brightness very often to get it work for me. This product also doesn’t come with California proposition warning, which means you get a quality product that’s not made from cheap cancer causing substances (especially not using any dangerous chemicals for the bulb). This does not have battery- I specifically don’t want to have battery and pay for it. This Phillips projector is equivalent to a $600 nebula projector for the features it has. I once again don’t understand why this isn’t the best selling projector. Just buy this if you’re reading my review till this point.

My unit had 2 black spots permenant on projected screen from. Auto keystone did not work. Manual keystone is gettin out of order after 20 min of use and need repeated ajustment.

La calidad de proyección es muy buena. Lo recomendable es que la luz del ambiente sea lo menos intensa posible para tener la mayor calidad. El sonido está bien, más que todo para diálogos, pero si necesitas mejor experiencia, debes usar altavoces. Es rápido, responde bien. La única "falla" que le he encontrado, es que su nivel de enfoque en toda la proyección, no es tan buena, si enfocas al centro, los bordes quedan algo desenfocados, pero nada grave. Honestamente sí recomendaría este proyector, es asequible y la calidad es superior a muchos otros. Un punto que de pronto no le guste a muchos, es el tamaño del dispositivo. Es algo grande, pero particularmente no le veo problema, tiene mejor disipación del calor y es más robusto es su construcción. Actualización: luego probar con una proyección de gran tamaño, se puede ver en la imagen, la silueta de algún insecto o suciedad dentro del lento, lo que lo hace imposible de limpiar. Además los componentes del lente presentan algún tipo de craquelado y polvo interno. Lastima estos problemas, porque el proyector es bueno. Probé con 2, sin suerte.

One of the best bang for buck projector! A little wait from shipping from US but its worth it, great picture quality and the build in speaker is more than enough for any bedroom. Software is great as Android OS is more than what you will need. I'm using it in my bedroom for my son and he loves it.

This projector delivers satisfactory image quality when used in a completely dark room. However, even a slight amount of light hinders visibility. The sound quality is acceptable considering its price. Unfortunately, my unit has a problem with blurry images from the center point to the right bottom corner. Anything displayed in that area appears blurry, while the rest of the screen remains sharp. I have attempted to adjust the focus, but it has not resolved the issue. Additionally, I've encountered a crooked screen where the left side is noticeably lower than the right side. I've tried both auto and manual keystone adjustments, as well as repositioning the projector, but the problem persists.

Muy bueno en general, buena definición, es para habitación oscura, no apto para salas con luz de día, la caja específica esto, las bocinas se escucha muy bien

Buena calidad de construcción , poco ruido del ventilador , buen sonido y android tv. Hasta aquí todo bien...(Esta unidad era de 2ª mano como nuevo) quizás tuviera algún defecto ,no lo se... Lo mas importante que es la imagen , no me ha gustado, ya que es bastante apagada , no tiene la luminosidad suficiente ( no aparecen los lúmenes ansi en ningún sitio) la bombilla es eco (100w) de consumo, frente a otros proyectores que tienen lamparas de casi 300w, con la posibilidad de cambiar a un modo mas o menos luminoso...el contraste de 3000:1 es insuficiente... Y hay que verlo totalmente a oscuras, con luz no se ve bien. No conseguí enfocar todas las partes de la pantalla, poniéndolo justo enfrente. Estoy algo decepcionado...Al final , muy a mi pesar ,lo he devuelto y por un poco mas me he comprado un Epson EH-TW610 con 3000 lúmenes y contraste de 10000:1,que se ve de cine 🍿 con un fire tv.
