This is a great bread maker!!! I'm old and I wish they could lose the control knob and make the screen easier to read, other than that I'm a happy bread baker.

Lots of great ideas for different breads,I have tried three so far.

Unless you already know the difference between: flour, all purpose flour, bread flour, and white bread flour -- do not buy this book. It is poorly edited, otherwise these terms would be clearly defined somewhere for the beginner. Also, you need to know the difference between wheat flour and whole wheat flour. A beginner does not need to do this kind of research before following a recipe. I am going to throw this book in the garbage, where it belongs. i gave it one star beause if i gave it zero stars, one might assume, i overlooked giving it a rating.

While I didn’t appreciate the lack of illustrations in this cookbook, the bread recipes I tried worked out perfectly.

I owned a bread machine many years ago, gave it away when we moved and now have a brand new Hamilton Beach bread machine. They are basically the same as the old ones, but I needed some recipes. This book is very, very good and I recommend it.
