Unhappy with this purchase.First of all, delivery drivers refused to bring the bed and mattress up to my flat even though I have a working lift. They claimed it did not fit which was a lie. I was home alone with my 2 babies and could not go down for it. I had to literally beg them to at least put it in the lift for me. After a while they obliged but said the mattress wouldn't fit. They left the mattress on the ground floor for anyone to take. Absolutely appalling. I then had to struggle by myself taking the parts of the bed out the lift. Then knock several neighbours to see who could help with the mattress.With regards to the bed it's pretty but that's it!Too much space between mattress and sides of the bed. Having babies who's feet can easily get stuck between wood planks, it's not ideal. Nothing to keep the planks in place either. But the major issue is the mattress hangs over the bottom of the bed frame. It does not fit into the frame even though it came as a set. If you try to push it in, it gives the mattress a hump and who can sleep on that? I contacted Mr. Khan to ask how to remedy it. Instead he said he would send someone to fix it. They arranged a date 2 weeks later and didn't show up. Ignored messages then finally said they're stuck out of London. Mr Khan said he would refund me £30 for delivery drivers negligence, again, 3 weeks later, no refund and now ignoring messages.Mr. Khan gives the appearance that he cares and wants to put things right but in reality it's just words.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SELLER OR HIS ITEMS. If I could return it, I would!

The bed looks lovely and is very comfy. Make sure you measure your stairs if you get this bed as the headboard is big, 52 inches. Great value for money and quality is great. Highly recommend

Beautiful bed but the nails to assemble the bed should have been provided as well.Thankfully we had extra nails we could use to assemble the bed but this is very unprofessional from the seller or from delivery guy if he forgot to deliver those as well.

Great bed, mattress is also good and comfy.However, the delivery driver was really rude.The slats underneath the bed are not screwed in place so they can move a lot which isn’t good imo and could have been made a little better/more secure.Excellent communication from seller.Overall very pleased with the product.

I ordered a king-size mattress and a king-size bed but received a king-size bed (which is gorgeous) and what can only be described as a mattress topper rather than a full mattress. The main panel in the middle broke, but thankfully, the seller sent a replacement quickly. According to the seller, there are four different vendors for this listing, and the quality of the item you receive depends on which vendor fulfills your order. Unfortunately, I ended up with what feels more like a mattress topper, while others who ordered from the same listing received a proper mattress, which is what should be expected by everyone.On top of that, I somehow managed to take pictures that make the mattress look twice as thick as it actually is—don’t be fooled by those images!Good luck to anyone making an order.
