easy to read, no big words, very helpful in drawing inspiration and courage to start a podcast. not a complicated guide.

I have wanted to start a podcast for at least four years. I never had the time to do all the research necessary to get started. I came across this book and within weekend I was off!The most valuable aspect of this book is learning what the pieces are and getting the direction to those pieces. Also, getting an explanation of how the various podcast services work and how to get it on iTunes. If you are looking for a step by step guide, this is not it. If you are looking for a tool that gives you an easy to understand roadmap, this is for you.I literally had my podcast set up ordered via Prime within 45 minutes of starting the book. Within another hour I had all the software I needed and by the end of the weekend I purchased the music I needed for podcast.This book can be read in a day or over a couple nights. It's written in a conversational form and avoids jargon.While a complete non-techie will still have the deer in headlights syndrome, anyone with some problem solving talent will manage perfectly.I bought three books to start this journey and fortunately started with the right one. I may return the other two after reading this book.Happy podcasting!

My heading should read, in my opinion. With that said, I like reading this book because it puts in such basic simple conversation terms that I never felt overwhelmed. It is very methodical without being boring. Glad I purchased.
