OK, so, it comes with 0 plastic in a nice recyclable cardboard box. It smells gorgeous.I have used shampoo bars for a long while now and would never recommend rubbing the bar onto your hair. Lather in your hands and transfer the lather to your hair. It's a lovely lather and leaves your hair feeling silky smooth. I still followed with my usual apple cider vinegar rinse, but not sure if I needed it. My hair brushed out with almost 0 knots, dried lovely and feels light and soft. Would definitely recommend if you're wanting to try to switch to bars.It's a softer bar than my usual local made shampoo bar, so I can't see this lasting long. But keep it on a draining soap dish, nice and dry when not in use and it could last a while. Either way, if you like brands you recognise, this is a lovely price to try a shampoo bar, and will not break the bank. It also doesn't contain the nasties that the a popular high street bath products store does (don't waste your money on those, they'll wreck your hair).

Being a very eco oriented person, I was looking for a way to get rid of all the dreaded plastic bottles cluttering up our bathroom and find products which are plastic free and mostly made from plant ingredients. I've tried a few different shampoo bars but this one is by far the best! It lathers richly and easily and has a lovely natural honey scent. Most importantly it leaves my hair soft, shiny and feeling fabulously conditioned. Highly recommended, don't bother with any other product, an easy 5 stars!

This shampoo works really well, and lathers up nicely (in my soft water area), and cleans my hair very nicely!! HOWEVER - You need a good holder/tub for it. Unfortunately I left it in the shower once in a not very waterproof tub, and it got very wet and turned into mush. It still works, but I have to scoop it out as it’s no longer solid, so I don’t think it will last as long. Oops. So, if you get it, get a good container! And don’t leave it where it will fill with water. Or you will be reminded of your failings every time you wash your hair :/

This shampoo bar has a lovely smell. I've ordered it before. It makes a great gift to go with other items for a summer holiday gift bag.

Great shampoo bar that works well on your hair.However after a couple of weeks it has just disintegrated and become mush so I've had to throw it away. It was in a soap dish but I always empty it after each use so it hasn't been sat in water.Won't be buying again.

I loved this! My hairdresser recommended it as an alternative to bulky heavy bottle of shampoo to travel with.I love the tiny amount of packaging.I was sceptical but it really is fabulous.It lathers up and feels rich and luxurious. I have very thick long hair - with colours added.This shampoo bar worked superbly. It took up hardly any space in my suitcase and will last longer than the bottle I was going to pack. It saved me valuable luggage space and weight! Once I have finished my shampoo at home I won't be buying more - I'm a complete convert and will only be using these shampoo bars from now on.My hair is thankful to my hairdresser for recommending it!!

I do not use any other shampoo anymore. No more liquids , just this one .The smell is amazing , I am in awe every time I use it.It lathers up well. My trick is to wash my hair twice. So first I wet my hair, lather up a bit of the bar on my hair, then rinse it and do it again. I found that during the second time the shampoo lathers up much better and my hair is better cleaned. I rinse it with warm water, to avoid any potential lumps stuck in my hair and finish with COLD water.This routine really helps my hair to stay fresh for longer, smoother and now I wash my hair 3 times a week!

Having tried several other shampoo bars I am really pleased I decided to try this one. Others either leave your hair feeling gunky, don’t lather or take an age to rinse out. Having mid back length hair it was a chore!! This bar lathers like bottled shampoo (sometimes if your hair is particularly dirty it may need an initial wash, then the second wash is much better), rinses out really easily and leaves my hair feeling great. The smell is lovely and ok, the bar is cracking a little bit (dries on a stone soap dish with drainage holes) but it doesn’t affect it. I can’t see me going back to bottled shampoo as this bar is so good!
