Seems very sturdy and easily fitted straight on to my vacuum even though the model number wasn't listed on the item details. Absolutely fantastic suction - it's like having a new vac! Easy to clean - wish I'd bought it months ago.

Solid replacement for vacuum head. Feels heavy duty - surprising given its much cheaper than the Miele version. It has worked well to date. Seems durable and have had not issues using it so far

Extremely poor quality. It fell apart on its second use and we only have rugs, no big carpets. The real manufacturer's item this replaced lasted 15 years but this is very poorly made in comparison. In addition, for the very short period it was in one piece, I noticed it lost suction compared to the original part and was not as effective at picking up dirt and fluff.
