Our work begins by sourcing some of the best arabica beans from four continents each growing season. We often travel to coffee farms to build relationships with farmers and to help perfect the process from the very beginning. After the green coffee arrives in Annapolis, we set about honing a new roast profile for that crop. Our goal is to really understand the coffee that we're working with and bring out its individual character and inherent qualities. This is, above all, the heart of our craft. A fine coffee!
I wish I had a whole lot to say about this, but alas I do not. I am very fond of this coffee and find it most agreeable.

GREAT Coffee!
I received my coffee yesterday, freshly roasted just two days before. Delicious! Full of flavor, very little (if any) bitterness. Good crema. Great value. This is my new go-to brand (sorry San Francisco Bay).

Fresh roasted, fast delivery!
If you’re a coffee snob or just starting out, you can’t go past Ceremony for the best local, fresh roasted, fantastic coffee beans. Always fast and shipped within a day of roasting, Ceremony is hands down the best coffee source in the DMV. My roast is Antithesis, but great variety for any taste.I order regularly and the one time there was an issue (damaged box that I suspect a squirrel got into) Ceremony responded quickly and had a replacement on the way in no time.

Best coffee EVER
Best cup of coffee I’ve ever had. I used my burr grinder and a Moka pot and it was so good I actually smiled and danced after my first sip. This is the smoothest, richest, most delicious coffee I’ve had in my life. New life-long ceremony customer here!

Great taste and very fresh
I love to brew Ceremony decaf Columbia course ground coffee in my French press. The coffee is always freshly roasted and ground after ordering through Amazon for delivery or after ordering from Ceremony in Annapolis for pick up. I’ve been enjoying Ceremony coffee for years now, and my present Amazon order date is April 29, 2023.

Not a medium roast as described. Definitely a light roast.
It was good with a nice taste and aroma; however, I prefer a medium to dark roast.

Great Company
I have been looking for a smooth, less acidic, but full flavored espresso bean. This company is growing quickly and I believe a very good company. However for my taste this bean is too acidic. There can be all kinds of factors as well: the grinder: the espresso maker...but the espresso beans I currently use has the full body without the acid. I would prefer to purchase from a US local roaster, but haven't found one yet.If anyone has found an organic US roaster that meets the full flavor without the acid, would really appreciate the info.
