Simple well thought out system!
I've tried many different brand with no luck finding a stable dependable monitoring system. So far this unit seems to beat them all. Of course time will tell the true reliability. So far installation was a snap with the exception of joining my WIFI system. Can't say that with other brands.I'll post again in a few months.Ps I liked the unit so much I bought a second unit for a backup sump pit.

Well made , great design and application.
We like that this alarm for our sump pump has several features. It works well with our wifi. Straught forward installation and videos. Customer service is very responsive. So far we're impressed with every feature. We would recommend.

Works, but manual not good for wifi conn
The unit seems solid. However, connecting it to wifi is not easy. Don't follow the manual, find an online video and follow that. This is the reason for 4 stars, I would not expect a unit at this price would have a setup in the manual that doesn't work. I like that the unit will send you emails and text messages. Moved the float and got the email and text messages.

Easy setup
I've had the system up and running for 1 week, its fantastic. Easy set up and I now know the exact water level in my sump...plus temp & humidity.

Creepy Stalker Company Refuses to Support Product
Awful company. Maybe the product works well for you if you don't have any problems out of the box but heaven help you if you have to contact customer service and don't like 100% of what they do.My original encounter with this product was with their WiFi enabled Sump Alarm. Instead of including a short page of instructions with the product detailing how to setup the WiFi part of the product they make you go to a web page instead, and the webpage is a redirect to a YouTube video. The Sump Alarm is a fairly industrial style product and the kind of people you'd think this product would be aimed at don't want to sit and watch a 10 minute video they just want a short page of instructions they can follow, I didn't want to watch a video, I wanted a short set of instructions, and I told them that the video was BS. This is where I first went wrong. The second problem I had with the Sump Alarm is it flat out didn't work. Well to be more specific it would stop working a short time after plugging it in, 5-10 minutes after. For a short while after powering up the unit would detect liquid just fine but would somehow freeze and if the unit was not alarming when this happened it would never alarm again, and if the unit was alarming when this happened it would continue to alarm until the unit was unplugged. Regardless of whether it was in the short working window it never actually sent me notifications of alarms to my phone but that didn't matter much as the primary function of detecting high liquid levels was completely broken.Products that do not perform their primary function do not get 5 star reviews, they get 1 star reviews, because they don't work.To their credit when I tried to contact them over the weekend they actually did respond to me late on a sunday night and arranged to call me the next day however I decided to return the Sump Alarm as frankly there's nothing really user serviceable about it. It has a power plug on one end and a pair of electronic probes on the other, when you short the probes the alarm should sound in 5 seconds, there's no buttons, no dials or anything else that can really be used to troubleshoot. I was later told they might have asked me to go inside the unit and see if anything was loose but the issue wasn't something related to loose wiring, it was more like a defective timer that failed after a few minutes, since it would work 100% of the time for the first few minutes after plugging it in, unplugging something and plugging it back in doesn't fix loose connections it fixes circuits that have locked up.The device was faulty, I hated the setup instructions, and the review I left for it reflected that.I still needed a sump alarm and really wanted to get remote notifications however and it seems like Sump Alarm Inc is the only game in town for that so I decided to try their Level Sense PRO instead. My sump had been open for 4 days at this point waiting on the new sump alarm and I really wanted to get it closed so I paid to overnight this so I could get things going and get the sump buttoned back up. After I had already purchased this and the product was already on the way the company sent me an email that I didn't see saying they didn't care for my feedback on their video and the review for their faulty product and stated they didn't want me to buy their other products, which at this point was too late.Additionally they decided to go and search my name in search engines because... I don't know why? It's really creepy to go search for people this way. They didn't find much since I don't have much of a social media presence but they did find some now defunct organization that somehow got mistakenly linked to me a number of years ago and that I still deal with unwanted contact about, and decided due to all of this they were going to shut down my account on the cloud service that this product relies on to send notifications. Is there any good reason for them to be looking me up online?Ironically the time all of this was having it seems like the cloud service itself had some fatal database error and was unavailable for any customers for several hours Tuesday night. I wonder how often that happens. They claimed I seemed frustrated and was taking my frustrations out on them and didn't want a customer like that, a customer who was in fact frustrated because of frustrating instructions, complete failure of a product, and now being told he had to return yet another item and order another one again leaving the sump open even longer because they can't handle an upset customer.I demanded an apology for their creepy stalker like behavior and to have my service reinstated on this product and even offered to adjust my original review of the Sump Alarm but instead they decided to call me and tell me what an awful customer and person I was and how nobody wanted to deal with me.Neat.After I took great offense to this and hung up and ceased all communications with them I guess they realized they were actually in the wrong as they sent a refund greater than the cost of this item plus the expedited shipping I paid for but I don't want a few measly extra dollars I wanted a WiFi sump alarm that worked.

Great device…for a while…
I had this device working very successfully for about a year. When it works, it’s great! After a year, the device had trouble staying connected to my WiFi. I tried all kinds of WiFi changes and nothing seemed to help. I have plenty of other IoT devices running without a problem. I did several troubleshooting steps on the device itself. Nothing seemed to fix it long term. It works temporarily and then goes offline.

This system works well and will save you from an extravagant amount of property damage from an unforeseen event that could occur anytime, from a sump pump failure to a power outage ( the unit has a backup battery although your internet will need some kind of power backup for this to send you an alert!, but the horn will still sound and you will hear it if your home!!). Sends alerts right to your mobile device if any problem is detected. If you have any questions the customer service response is on top of it. Don’t hesitate to purchase if you are looking for a system like this. No disappointments with this. For the ones claiming internet issues with connectivity I believe is to do with your providers service and nothing to do with this system. Mine has works flawlessly.

A MUST if you have a high water table!
I've had this since 2019. This has single-handedly saved my basement from flooding a dozen times. I can't thank Level Sense enough for their product. Saved me again today by alerting me at 4am that the water level was high. Gave me enough time to purchase a third pump for my well and saved me thousands of dollars and a massive headache.
