I take two before going to bed at night to help with sleep. I got better sleep starting the first night. Been on it about ten nights. Recommended by our adult son. He knew of a few others finding help so tried it himself. At least 4 of us now are getting better sleep with it. Dosage on bottle is 1 or 2 capsules per night. His wife takes 1.

I have taken magnesium supplements before and didn't notice anything. I have been an insomniac for years. This one actually helps me sleep better and has a definite change on regularity.
