I like the easy to carry handle and how strong it feels when holding your weight,It's great for plank workouts as well as the normal abs roller exercises, it takes the Weoght off my elbow and shoulders which is good for me.You can hit different angel alot easier than other abs wheels, but it does feel like a smaller range of motion due to the elbows being the main point of weight,Whrn you roll out u can get full extention but its when you come abck the movement feels smaller as the elbows come closer to your body sooner than your hands, and you don't want to sacrifice posture.Tonight will be day 4, simple 3 sets of 10 for now until I build up my core.

The ab roller arrived but one side where you put your arms was bent out of shape so not fit for purpose
