Water leakage from door – defect increased over time
From the first day of use, there was a small water leakage from the front door area. At that time, it was minor, so I did not give it much importance. However, over time the leakage increased, and now water leaks clearly during operation even when the door is properly closed. Because of this issue, the washing machine is not functioning properly and is not safe to use. Seller support is required to fix this issue.

I buy its very bad machine time taking more than 1 hour when its start normal . Spin also not working properly its Very bad experience hisence brand I think hisence is good brand but very very very bad machine

Total Disappointment
I received my washing machine today, and my experience has been far from satisfactory. The delivery agent left a poor impression, and while the machine works fine during the wash cycle, the rinse and spin cycles are a disaster. The machine shakes violently, moves up and down, and creates excessive noise and vibrations. I’m extremely disappointed with this product. I hope the Hisense team will send a technician to inspect and resolve this issue.
