Thanks for your question! It takes about 3 pounds of fruit to make these dried berries. We don’t add any sugar. We simply dehydrate the fruit. So each serving of dried berries takes about one pound of fruit to make. Therefore, if you look at the sugar levels in a pound of fruit, it matches up. Hope that helps! Where are they grown?

Sorry for the double answer here. Wyman's harvests Wild Blueberries from both Down East Maine and Eastern Canada. However as of this time our Whole Dried Berries are being sourced from Canada. That may change in the future depending on fruit supply. But they're the same fruit regardless of what side of the boarder they come from. Hope that helps!

Excellent wild blueberry product

I like to bake with these dried wild blueberries and put them in oatmeal when I dont have time to defrost Wyman's frozen blueberries or can't have extra moisture in the mx. I love to put them in homemade trail mixes and just to have as a little snack to carry with me for healthy options while traveling, at work, etc.They are delicious, sweet, full of wild blueberry flavor and wonderfully useful in so many applications. Wyman's never disappoints with any of its blueberry products. I highly recommend this any of of Wyman's wild blueberry products for flavor, quality, and the amazing health benefits of wild blueberries.

Makes You Feel Good

My body really likes these blueberries. I feel better, inflammation down and the fiber factor keeps you regular. So convenient for taking pills that should be taken with food. I eat them plain from the bag...letting them soften in my mouth so more flavor comes out.

So dry with no taste

These are not good. They are so dry to the point there is practically no moisture. They don’t even taste like blueberries to be honest. They are also rather expensive for the tiny amount in the bag. I would never purchase these again. The only thing I appreciate about them is they are only made with one ingredient, blueberries.
