If you do lots of nosing for shelves and edge bending with hardwood for countertops , it is very useful tools but not perfect1-The base is aluminum that is not slippery or smooth enough for this application.2- the wire of the machine is short and stiff and cheap.3- the fence is clumsy and broken first use but I fixed it by bolt and a nut.4- is there any replacement tool in the current market as a better alternative, actually not.5 - did I regret buying it ? No I am using it regularly. It is more convenient and has more capacity than a 1100 Festool router with it jig which I already own and use to use it before this machine.6- it is overpriced little bit but if they make the base longer and ,the wire better will worth its price in my opinion as a professional cabinet maker.
