Perfect addition to the motorhome power requirements
I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of this inverter, and the ease of installation. Integrating it into the leisure battery circuits that are charged via the solar panels control unit, and also the on board mains hookup charging system, the inverter works perfectly and is currently running a large dehumidifier that we use during autumn/winter monthsI particularly liked the remote control display that I have wired in and mounted next to the vehicle systems control centre panel providing an impressive monitoring method as the inverter is mounted out of sight.Field, testing won't be possible until next year now as we are out of season, but parked up on the drive supported by the solar power system it copes very well alieviating the need to hook up to the house supply(saving those valuable & expensive electricity costs).Well recommended

Works well for our camper
Been using this for over a year in the camper to run a 1300w coffee machine for our travels, booted up about 50-60 times so far. Hooked to a 200ah set of lithium batteries and so far it's been solid. Got a 200a fuse and a kill switch going from batteries.

The first one I ordered came without its LCD screen fitted. I could see it lying within the casing yet there was no sign of damage to the case or packaging. I don't know how it could have left the factory like this.I ordered another which was able to operate a fridge. When I tried it on just a microwave oven (which was drawing less than 1000W) it worked for about a minute before beeping and giving up. This shouldn't happen with a 2000W inverter that indicated 13.2V on the attached leisure battery just before switching on (13.1V on my multimeter). When I tried it with a battery charger for power tools (330W) the charger seemed completely dead, i.e. no lights came on, yet the charger worked fine from the mains.I don't have an oscilloscope but I suspect the unit I received isn't a pure sign wave inverter. Alternatively this is the second unit to suffer from poor quality control. It's a pity as the inverter seems to be a nicely designed compact unit which comes with clear instructions written in proper English.
