Q: Will this work on a Lexmark Pro705 printhead?

Its a printhead cleaner. It will clean any printhead.

Q: Will this work on an epson surelab 3000, or the surelab d700/fuji dx 100?

I am not sure. On my canon, I removed the cartridge carrier and soaked it until the heads were all clean. If you can do that with the Epson , you will be able to remove all gummed up ink. Good luck.

Q: Is this appropriate for cleaning Roland large format printers?

I use it the solution to clean Epson special photo printers. The solution work well and dries quickly. I have used it to clean the ink ports that transfer the ink onto the paper I'm using.

Q: Has any one used this on an epson 3800 pro printer? ink carts are fixed, do not move with the print head.

I have not used in any Epson but only HP
