It is my favorite liner for pizza, cookies and any other baked goods. It absorbs all the grease from fries and onion rings like nothing. I wish they were making this in the wider size again. It comes from China, I think, so it was just luck I found exactly what I wanted.

You float a piece of this on top of your too-oily liquid creation and this sucks a lot of the surface oil right up. Interesting concept and works as advertised. I had hoped to also use this as a filter medium to strain used oil through. It doesn't do that, but no stars off as that wasn't part of the advertised functionality.

We always use oil absorbing paper whenever we have fried foods, but it’s hard to find at grocery stores. This roll doesn’t last long as I expected, but the roll enables me to adjust the size of the paper based on each use. It does the job and is of high quality.
