I have an issue with waterproof jackets, they are usually either not waterproof or they make you so warm that you get wet through sweating inside them. Knowing that Helly Hansen are a good brand I took a punt. This is a nice jacket, you can squeeze it down to carry in a rucksack, or a camera bag without taking a load of space. Wearing it to walk to work it's kept me dry in heavy rain, and even on an August day I was warm but not uncomfortably hot. The jacket as a 2xl is roomy enough for my 6' 4" 19st frame, the hood is big as well, plenty of room underneath. It's well worth the money and looks good too.
