Easy to change
I left the filter in the packaging until I needed it and when I opened the package, I noticed it was VERY well packaged. The old filter was a bit hard to remove but I managed without too much trouble. ALWAYS read instructions. If it is challenging to remove, shut the water off and release the pressure first. After installation, I followed the instructions that came with the Waterdrop unit itself. Press and hold the filter life indicator for about 5 seconds until you hear a beep. This resets the system which is very important! You then turn the tap on to flush the system for about 5 minutes while the life indicator blue light is flashing. Once the light stops flashing, put the cover back on and you are good to go! We love our waterdrop system and I'm glad I did a lot of research before making my decision.

Easy to change
I’ve had my water drop system for about 6 months. This was my first time changing to a new filter. It was very easy and took under a minute. The system has been working great and the water has been tasting fresh! The system is slim and fits under my sink great. Highly recommend this system.
