Highly Reccomended
Best book out there on Qin Na fundamentals, in as much as a book, rather than direct instruction or a DVD can hope to relay in any depth. Unfortunately let down slightly by average quality photos and lack of close ups in some instances to really demonstrate and clarify exactly what the text is trying to convey. That said - highly recommended for anyone who already has a basic grasp (sorry, couldn't resist), of the subject. :o)

the exercise would be quite dangerous for everyday use
Can only be used as a reference book, most pictures are difficult to see.I am not a martial artist, working, out the moves would be easy for a specialist. Not a man off the street
