Bought for a slightly random purpose!The resident baby squirrel has sore looking skin, apparently coconut oil is worth trying as a natural way to soothe it.I've rubbed some on both feeders, with the idea that she'll either lick it, or rub against it. It has vanished each time and certainly hasn't put her off eating!(I did research first, obviously)It seems good clean quality, smells lovely, and I'm sure is great for more usually purposes!The small jar is ideal.

My dog was experiencing hair loss on her paws.After a trip to the vet I was advised to keep them clean and return if they became inflamed.I bought this product and applied it to her paws daily.A month later her hair had grown back. Even the vet was amazed how quickly it had grown.My dog is also incredibly fussy with food but loves this stuff. I give her it as a reward after have used it on her nose and paws.The value is amazing. Coconut oil for dogs is much more expensive. I wouldn't use anything else.Also great as a lip balm and for any dry skin.The smell is gorgeous.Can't recommend this product enough.

This is brilliant-what a lovely smell-not sickly at all. I have decanted some of the oil into smaller containers for varying uses-my skin, dog's paws etc. It has also relieved my 'piles' overnight-after weeks of discomfort and expense using over the counter treatments. The medication i am on means my face burns easily-inspite of factor 50 sun screen, a big hat and sunglasses. This coconut oil is really soothing afterwards. I also get sore legs with heart issues-the skin is paper thin, and i have had cellulitis in the past-this oil seems better than the usual cream to keep them hydrated. I am looking forward to using it on my hair!

This coconut oil is smooth and seems high quality, with good value compared with others available on amazon. Unfortunately mine arrived with the vacuum seal broken, so I wasn't able to use it for cooking as I had intended. I gave it to my girlfriend to use for tanning and skincare instead and she has been very pleased with it. 3 stars, would be 5 if not for the seal being broken.
