Classic 550 Series Men's Chelsea Boot

Goldilocks was how one person described their fitting experience with Blundstone and that’s how it’s been for me too. I’m a woman, preferring the classic boot due to the fact they’re lined and my feet get cold, the size 5 was clumpy, clownish and not at all embracing. Size 4 was very firm, to the point of discomfort, and ever-so-slightly too short in the toe in one foot only. Apparently half a size is for width only, which leaves me with no options. Somehow, in all the shoes and boots I own, I am sizeless in a Blundstone.

J'ai eu envie de m'offrir une jolie paire de chaussures solides. Sensibles des pieds je pensais que je devrais galérer pour pouvoir être bien dedans. Mais il n'en est rien grâce à la 2e semelle de confort fournie en plus. je dois tout de même veiller à mettre des chaussettes épaisses. Le cuir est costaud sans être dur et désagréable. La cheville est bien maintenue sans la comprimer. sur le sol mouillé, je ne glisse pas. Elles isolent bien du sol froid en hiver. J'ai pris du 38 pour une poiture habituelle en 39. je suis ravie de ma première paire !

At first, thought I needed more support. Unable to fit orthotic in. True to size. I wear size 9 and purchased the same. Toe box plenty wide and length was perfect. Sent first pair back. On sale. Ordered again . Wanted so much to make these boots work. Put in Dr Scholl heel cushion . That worked perfectly. Love these boots. Bought to wear when I want to look more feminine than just rugged, which is how I usually look. On way home . Didn't have hiking boots on. Ended up wearing them on a rugged hike in woods and they felt great. Arch support was fine. Purchased antique brown. I conditioned the leather with redwing leather conditioner. Turned very dark, which I liked As any pair of leather boots would. So my husband told me. My 21 yo granddaughter even commented " oh I like them". I haven't owned such a fine pair of leather boots since redwing leather work boots They look feminine enough. Light weight. Fairly easy to put on. WeNon insulated. Able to fit thicker 'darn tough" sock to give the extra warmth. Living in Northern Michigan, will not be worn for long periods of sub zero temps. Totally am satisfied with these boots. After trying 2 other pair of the Chelsea boots, these won hands down. Have already recommended to another person.

Stunning boots, great quality. Kept my daughter’s feet dry in the Scottish highlands. Well worth the purchase.
