Simple and Effective
This is a great little device! It's simple to use and comfortable, too. I wasn't sure if it would help me, but it has been the best relief I've found for my neck pain and stiffness!

This is amazing
It is a bit confusing setting this up for the first time but once I figured it out it helps so much. I found out right away that I needed a chair to sit on when using this and a tub bench worked great. I have problem with a muscle that runs down from my neck to my shoulder due to a shoulder reversal and when this muscle states tensing up I would not be able to use my arm and it would cause me to be very dizzy. I used a similar one in therapy but needed one for home so I bought this one thinking that if I bought this one and it didn't work I wouldn't be out of a lot of money. I use it about 3 to 4 times a week and I have to say I love this. It keeps my shoulder from locking up AND it stretches out my back also which keeps my spine straight. Now I have no pain AND no dizziness. It's a win win for me

Disappointing Experience with the Comness Cervical Neck Traction Device
I recently purchased the Comness Cervical Neck Traction Device Over Door for Home Use, and unfortunately, my experience with this product has been far from satisfactory.**Build Quality:**The first issue I encountered was the flimsy build quality of the device. The materials used feel cheap and not durable. The over-the-door bracket seemed unstable, and I had concerns about its ability to hold up over time. The plastic components felt like they could break easily, making me question the overall longevity of the product.**Poor Design:**The design of the Comness Cervical Neck Traction Device leaves much to be desired. The straps are awkwardly positioned, and the adjustment mechanisms are not user-friendly. Trying to find the right fit and angle for effective traction was a frustrating experience, and the device frequently slipped or moved during use, rendering it ineffective and uncomfortable.**Ineffective Traction:**Despite following the instructions meticulously, I found the traction provided by this device to be minimal at best. The tension created was inconsistent, and I didn't feel any noticeable relief in my neck or upper back. The device's design seems inadequate to provide the targeted and controlled traction needed for neck pain relief.**Discomfort during Use:**The discomfort experienced while using the Comness Cervical Neck Traction Device was a significant drawback. The straps were not padded adequately, causing irritation and discomfort on the skin. The awkward positioning of the headrest made it difficult to relax during the traction sessions, defeating the purpose of using such a device for pain relief.**Noisy Operation:**To add to the list of disappointments, the device operated with an annoying creaking and popping sound, making it an unpleasant experience overall. The noise not only disrupted the relaxation process but also raised concerns about the device's long-term durability.**Conclusion:**Regrettably, I cannot recommend the Comness Cervical Neck Traction Device Over Door for Home Use. Its poor build quality, ineffective design, discomfort during use, and noisy operation make it an unreliable and frustrating solution for those seeking relief from neck pain. I would advise potential buyers to explore alternative options with better reviews and a more proven track record in providing effective cervical traction.

Helped After First Use
My neck had been bothering for several years and I had seen a Chiropractor a few times but the muscles in my neck wear so tight they couldn’t adjust it.The first time I used this I really put some body weight into it and got a small pop from the vertebrae. Felt some relief after just one use but as someone suggested if you are going to really put your weight into it you need a mouth guard or it will make your teeth hurt from the pressure. This has been a great investment that I have used every day. My neck feels much better and I always get a pop at times all the way down to my shoulder blades.

Totally worth it! Strong and comfortable.
This thing is a game changer. I’ve had mine for over 4-months now and I already recommended it to multiple people. I watched a bunch of YouTube videos on different ways to self-traction ones neck and different styles of devices before landing on giving this particular product a try. I was worried about it not being robust enough to handle my weight, it looks like a complicated mess to use, and it certainly doesn’t look fun; But it’s literally one of the best purchases I’ve made for my day-to-day well being in a long time and it’s not nearly as complicated or uncomfortable as it looks in the pics / vids. My only regret is that I didn’t know something like this existed sooner!

Great- just be careful of teeth
This thing is so dangerous. I love it lol.If you have crowns, or weak teeth.. wet a face cloth and bite down on that. Lots of chin pressure.

It broke on 3rd try.. quality is bad.
Used it 3 times, first time wasn’t bad just had to get use to it. 2nd time absolutely amazing. My neck popped in places I’ve been trying to get for over 10 years. My range of motion to the right was very limited. Once it popped, it definitely hurt and the pain went in to my right should. About 12 mins later it felt amazing, and I was able to look to the right. 3rd time, I got into the harness slowly lowered and relaxed, and it broke! The metal section that hold the head strap bent in half and snapped in half making fall to the floor.
