I ordered this for my son to help with his 11+ practice. It's got lots of different stuff in and added to all the other online stuff he is doing has helped him. This is a helpful book.

The coverage of English, Maths, verbal and non verbal reasoning will prepare students brilliantly for what the 11+ exams are like. Realistic questions, correct answers and explanations. Excellent preparation for all elements of the exams. Highly recommended.

A decent enough practice papers for pupils or parents who are gearing them to the 11+ exam. It covers a range of subjects and at the very least it gives them something to do over the weekends.My daughter normally frowns at doing extra work but so far she seems to enjoy it and will work on this book on her own accord.Exercise books are only good if the child can focus and work on them, this book can do that with aplomb.

This book is focused on the CEM 11+ assessments:- well laid out- one downside is that the answer sheets (multiple choice) are printed in the books so you'd either have to photocopy the answer sheets or have your child flick between questions and the answer sheet- the answers are also printed in the book so you'll need to keep an eye out to stop wandering eyes referring to the answer pages!- there are 2 papers, covering maths, english, verbal reasoning and non-verbal reasoning.Overall I really liked this practice book. Recommended!

Excellent book for kids to practice with.It is well designed and very clear in print and readable.My daughter love it and using it in early preparation for 11+ exams.

This book is okay. It presents A couple of practice papers, which between them cover the CEM syllabus. The practice papers are presented in the style of the 11+ exam and the questions match the style of other books covering the CEM syllabus, which is reassuring. This book will give the child practice in the exam process in addition to assessing their understanding of the topics.The book is okay, but it's a pity that the answer sheets are printed within the book, which means the child has to awkwardly jump between question and answer pages as they answer the questions.

Good book

For the 11+, there's nothing like a lot of practice to get your child to get through the papers at speed.This book has a fair few practice questions to go through, enough to make you feel you're getting fair value of money, and the answers to have explanation with them which is good helpful.I'd say perhaps not as good as a dedicated tutor, but a lot cheaper, and definitely more than £5.52 worth of value in my mind.Definitely worth adding to your collection if you're preparing your child for CEM 11+.
