I have used Bonine for several years with no ill effects. It seems to work most of the time, and the times that it hasn't worked as well are usually because I did something I know always makes me feel sick. Even those times, if I take a second pill, it usually works. My older children also now take this because it is longer-lasting then regular Dramamine and does not make them so sleepy. It's no fun to get motion sick, and this does help.
