Car Aerodynamic Testing for Road and Track - 2nd Edition: How to test drag, lift and downforce with low-cost, accurate and easy techniques

Practical but extremely limited advice
Most of what can be found in the book can be found online. Typically, I go to technical books for extremely detailed information, troubleshooting and theory that is difficult to find online. This book reads like a detailed forum post. Though that may be a critical sentence to describe the book, I am not sure who exactly this book is for. For those that have very little engineering or aerodynamic experience, there is not enough description of the purpose or why certain assumptions are being made regarding aerodynamics. I suspect a beginner would be lost or left incorrectly interpreting the results of their own testing (this isn't easy!). An experienced engineer, on the other hand, is left with many questions regarding testing such as sensor placement and potential errors in data collected. There are some interesting ideas in the book that can be of use, but keep the above points in mind when setting expectations. My copy also came with a A-Z children's writing practice sheets at the front of the book, so bonus if you have a need to practice your handwriting.
