Nope. But regardless it is a lovely rule.

Yes it’s rigid and machines flat and straight

Disclaimer regarding my previous answer. Just noticed the picture on description page. If the pictures are accurate, first graduation doesn't seem to be correct from the end, and, its not made in Japan, now. My previous answer may not describe the USA 182-125 model.
