Gluten free!!
This is great when needed a cheese sauce and needing gluten free. I used it when making a casserole and it was great and easy. Doesn’t taste jarred at all. Taste like cheddar cheese.

Great flavor
I find that you can't go wrong with Prego. I love pasta. I have tried a variety of their sauces , this was my first time trying this one. As always very pleased with the flavor and quality. I would give it a10. And again, great price, so order a few different flavors. You won't be disappointed.

A quick dinner must-have!
I love this Alfredo sauce as a base for a quick meal! Alone it does lack flavor, but it's very easy to remedy that by adding herbs and spices. I personally like to double the batch by adding milk, grated parmesean, cream cheese and butter or ghee. I heat/melt that together with onion powder, ranch powder and smoked paprika. Once melted, I put all that in my Vitamix and blend it with a half-to-full can of chipotle peppers, a few cloves of fresh garlic, pepper corns and whatever fresh herbs I have around like parsley, cilantro, basil, oregano, thyme, etc. I boil penne or bow pasta at the same time as well as have chicken and veggies airfrying, or sometimes I just get a cooked chicken at Costco. 20 mins or so and a full dinner for 5 is done and served! I don't mix everything together in one pot though because there's usually some chipotle alfredo sauce left over that I store back in the original glass container. The leftover goes well as a dressing to make an awesome southwest salad or used as a base for a quick mid-week Zuppa Toscana soup. And it all starts with this alfredo sauce in a jar. I've made it completely from scratch many times as well, and although it is always better, it is also much more expensive and way more time consuming. This sauce used as a base can make an extremely tasty mid-week dinner for the whole family in less than a half an hour!

Good enough to eat right out of the jar !!!
Much better than I expected !!!Sauce is a little thinner than I expected. Has very good flavor though. Makes you want to drink it right from the jar.I dipped pretzel rods in to taste it. Ended up eating quite a few of them dipped in cheese before I quit.Going to try it on elbow macaroni next. Probably throw a handful of shredded cheese in with it to thicken it up a bit.

Pretty tasty!
I’m surprised how good this was! It was smooth with great flavor. I used it in combination with other cheese but it had a nice consistency that blended well with my noodles. I will buy again!

It’s Good For Basic Preparations
Good for basic meals at home but it’s doesn’t have a cheesy flavor. For baked Mac n cheese , this alone will not do it. It adds a bit of texture and eliminates the need to make a roux so you’ll still need your other cheeses to this, and maybe some heavy cream to make the Mac and cheese creamy and tasty after baking.
