Functional and beautiful. Heats evenly. Great control for toasting level. Nice size toasting slots because they are wider. Beautiful copper finish. Very well made.

Perfect toaster for me -- relatively small, simple operation, and does a good job toasting my sprouted-grain muffins. I like that it pops up high enough to remove toasted bread but also allows another inch or so of lifting height to make retrieving muffins or bagels easier. Nice looking, too.

Great looking toaster, works well so far. I only wish it came in a 4-slot, but for the price I can live with it. The only complaint is for something thin like a PopTart they tend to slip down as there’s too much of a gap at bottom of adjusting rack.

Super cute nice finish very easy to use. Didn’t even need to open the manual. Definitely use a couple times before putting your bread in has a bit of a new smell.

Updated on 8/29/24I've never upgraded the stars on a review before, but here it is! Initially, this toaster burned everything on the lowest settings. I had to "babysit" it, and manually pop the food out before it got burnt. Now, after multiple uses, the toaster works as-expected. Don't ask me what changed, but it doesn't burn the food anymore. I can adjust the setting based on what I put in the slots and get the amount of darkness I expect.So, I love the design of this toaster - it looks great on my countertop. I don't even feel the need to get a cover for it. It doesn't have a ton of options on the control panel, but it is plenty for me.There is still one downside. The sides do get very hot, so you can't touch most of the toaster's surfaces during and right after toasting.Overall, I'm glad I had a good outcome regarding the over-toasting issue because I had no plans to throw it out. I'm happy with the toaster.Original Review Below.===================Very attractive toaster. Unfortunately, it nearly burns the toast on the lowest setting.I don't have an option to return it now. If I used it every day I'd have to get something different right away. Since I only use it approx. once per week, I'll probably live with it for awhile and just "monitor" the toaster every time I use it. So, I can't recommend this toaster unless you want to babysit it every time.

It is very beautiful and useful

I have used about 10 times so far. The setting scale of 2 or above would burn the bread. It works when the scale is less than 2, but one side is slightly burnt while the other side is not toasted enough.EDIT: you need to always insert two pieces to work it properly
