Great filters, they work well. I saved instructions from pitcher purchase to start the filter for first usage. The filter makes the water taste delicious. High ph, healthier for me.

I have been using this alkaline water pitcher for a while and have purchased replacement filters before. This time the replacement filters came without instructions, and I remembered it was kind of tricky, so I did not like it at all. It wasn’t easy to find the instructions online either. The EHM site does not have it (!). I had to google and found a 3rd party video that was not very specific but brought my memories back. Unnecessarily complicated EHM!

I was hesitant to purchase these on Amazon due to some reviews saying it tasted like FISH. I went ahead and paid a couple dollars more to go with the seller that guaranteed me that their product was authentic. Turned out just fine. Maybe the other reviewers didn't prep it right before usage or I really did get the good one.

There were no instructions on preparing the filter for initial use. The water tasted horrible for some reason. I tried multiple batches and with no luck.

I could tell right away that I needed a new filter, as it ran through faster.I’m excited to say my PH numbers are improved with using these filters.

First filter was great, second has a fish aftertaste, I have used this filter for a month and the fish taste still there. Not buying again
