VERY GOOD TASTING SARDINES IN WATER
I tried my first can of these sardines in water and I liked it very much. It is good tasting and I will reorder. The can was easy to open which is a plus. I drained the water from the can before eating. It's a small amount of sardines, which I think is meant to add to a salad or have it as a sandwich. Trying to improve my diet with a healthier option.

Perfect Protein Snack for Any Pantry
I recently ordered the Beach Cliff Sardines in Water, 3.75 oz Can (Pack of 12), and I’m absolutely thrilled with this purchase! As someone who loves a quick, healthy snack or meal option, these wild-caught sardines have quickly become a staple in my pantry. The taste is fantastic—clean, mild, and not overly fishy, which I really appreciate since they’re packed in water. It lets the natural flavor of the sardines shine through without any heavy oils or sauces overpowering them. They’re perfect straight out of the can, I typically just eat them out of the can or fry them in a pan with a little butter they taste great!! or you could toss into a salad, or paired with some crackers for a light lunch or you could mash them up with a little lemon juice and spread them on toast—delicious!Nutrition-wise, these are a win. With 12g of protein per serving, they’re a great way to fuel up, especially since I’ve been trying to stick to a keto-friendly diet. They’re also gluten-free, which is a bonus for anyone with dietary restrictions. I feel good knowing they’re wild-caught too—quality matters, and these deliver. The packaging is super convenient. The 3.75 oz cans are just the right size for a single serving, and the pack of 12 means I’m stocked up for weeks. I also love that they come in a nice, sturdy box, so you don’t have to store them loosely in your cupboard unless you want to—it keeps everything neat and organized, which is a thoughtful touch. The cans are easy to open with a pull-tab, and I’ve had no issues with leaks or damage during shipping—everything arrived in perfect condition. One thing I love is how versatile they are. Whether I’m eating them plain, adding them to a recipe, or packing them for a quick on-the-go protein boost, they always hit the spot. Plus, the price per can is a steal for the quality and nutrition you’re getting.I don’t have any real complaints—these sardines are exactly what I hoped for. If you’re a sardine fan or just looking for a healthy, no-fuss snack, the Beach Cliff Sardines in Water are a fantastic choice. I’ll definitely be reordering this pack.

Very good but HOT
I was in the restaurant and wine biz, serious cook, wine collector etc.The sardines are fresh, firm and very good, but take them at their word the peppers are HOT as advertised. I like heat that's balanced with flavor, so I can taste everything and the heat in these is dominating and saliva producing. I don't blame them, I blame me. I usually add some lemon ,and wasabi or some kind of horseradish to my sardines to perk them up.To me this like habanero heat and sensations, more than serrano.

Good for You
I bought these sardines because the price was so low and you can hardly find cheaper protein. The sardines are a somewhat unpleasant texture and the mustard sauce ain't great either. I did find that dumping a can onto a plate of plain spaghetti actually made a good, tasty meal -- enhancing the flavor and texture of everything. Ultimately, it's a good value if you use it under the right circumstances.UPDATE: I'd like to note that eating small fish is one of the most responsible environmental and ethical ways to enjoy animal protein, which sardines are packed full of. After a few tins of this mustard sauce variety over spaghetti, I've boosted it to 4 stars because of all the benefits and good value.

Great sardines at a good price!
These are great quality sardine at a good price. I use them as a topping for my dogs to help with their coat and it's really helped.

Delicious!
I'm new to sardines. Didn't think I'd like them, but here I am. Anyway, I had purchased another brand's sardines that were packed in olive oil. They were good, but the sardines kinda came out of the can clumped together. This time around I decided to try sardines packed in water and I'm glad I did. The sardines looked, smelled, and tasted fresher that the oil packed. They weren't salty either. Just a good fishy flavor. I'd definitely recommend.

Scarcity of Fish in the Ocean and in the Can
I was disappointed that canned sardines are going the way of canned tuna = way too much liquid vs. fish the the can. Sardines used to be crammed tight in the can. Now there is enough room to allow the fish to do the back stroke. The taste and cost were OK.

Delicious sardines
Pro's I can't say enough about these omega-3s in the can they are a mouthful of joy and the bundle just to have them in your mouth to taste, nice not to fresh but delightful and a little savory I definitely recommend these to anyone that's looking for a good omega-3 in the can and that's with a promise.
