NewFantasia Replacement Audio Cable Compatible with SteelSeries Arctis 3, 7, 5, Prime, Pro Gaming Headset 1.2meters/4feet

My default cable that came with my Arctis 3 lasted me about 3 years. It was a smooth rubber material, and didn't feel very durable. This one is a sturdy, braided cord and looks like it will last me much longer. Everything sounds just as it did with the old cable. The only thing that may bother people looking to replace the default is the dual 3.5mm cable is much shorter in this kit than the default cable, and the old one is not compatible with the new one. My default dual 3.5mm is a couple feet long, and this one is only a few inches. This wasn't a problem for me and my setup but it may cause issues for you.

This worked perfectly with our steelseries headset and the cable being braided is a nice feature. If you also have a troublesome cat who chews through your cords, this works well as a replacement and is longer than the one that came with the headset originally. No regrets in buying this!

Replaced my official cord that were aged and deteriorating and distorted sounds. The build quality seems excellent replacing the “official” connectors with 3.5 mm jacks in all places except the connection to the headphone. Please with the simple anti static shipping bag and the protective covers on the 3.5mm jacks. Only two critiques is that the Steele series engine software no longer recognizes the head set, yet the head set still works well with discord, in game chat, etc. second issue is the y connector for mic headphone jack is wierd where it bends funny when when both are plugged in. Only two days in so we’ll see:)

1 of our cats chewed up the cord to my daughter's headphones...again. Luckily this replacement was offered at a reasonable price and was delivered quickly. There is no loss of quality and this cable is a little more durable than the stock 1. Here's to hoping the cats stay away.
