Perfect cutting board & knife another great product from SnowPeak.

Love this little cutting board. The knife it comes with is surprisingly very sharp and although it is a bit thin, with proper use I see it lasting for a long time. (I also bought cutting board oil to help protect the wood) Overall it is a great product.

I love the whole idea of this product. But, the wooden box has no finish on it. It is sanded pretty good, but no oil or finishing other than that has been done to it. The knife is ok. Not expensive quality, but good enough. You will have to do some finishing on the wood to make it a good cutting board which is what it meant to be.

I really like this set. The knife is good enough, but it would be nice if it was more of a standard size so I could use other knives (I far prefer Heinkel). In reading the reviews they are right: You HAVE to oil this board.

Gifted this to an outdoorsy couple we're friends with who love using it camping to cut up veggies, cheeses and meats. Very nice quality. Did need to seal it with cutting board oils.

Bought this for camping but use it around the house all of the time. The knife is sharp and makes cutting thin slices easy.

bought one several years ago and liked it so much, bought this for a friend. packs small, knife is super sharp and haven't had any problems with it. great set for car camping or just taking a day trip.

Just received mine today and the quality is so poor I can not believe it was made by Snow peak in Japan..The wood is so soft it was damaged being shipped in an Amazon bubble envelope. The two cutting board parts don’t even line up precisely..The knife is also cheaply made just like the ones you can find in dollar store... I don’t see it last more than one season... then I’ll end up with a cheap folding cutting board without a knife.. what’s the point??I would give four stars for the idea and zero stars for execution and quality... hence two stars....I am returning it tomorrow...
