Great Customer Service and Product
I accidentally bought this product made by this company which came in a similar container and with a similar description as their under eye cream, but it was for wrinkles rather than for under eye puffiness. I contacted the company not for a refund but for them to consider relabeling to better differentiate these two products. The company responded immediately, was courteous and accommodating. They put through a refund for me even though I wasn’t asking for one. I could not have asked for better customer service. This under eye cream is wonderful and I will be ordering more soon. It works as well if not better than Plexiderm and for a fraction of the price.

Better than the name brands
Love, love, love this product. I have been buying these for a few years now and hope they never stop making it. I tried the other expensive brands and this product beats them all. A tiny bit is all you need, I use a fan to dry it and it makes my under eye bags disappear. Only downside is you can’t put makeup over it because it gets white and flaky but if you use a tiny bit, it blends with your makeup..

EDITED & UPDATED - Product Review, Tips for Skin Prep & Product Application
UPDATE, Dec 2024: After using this cream consistently for a little more than a year now, I have edited my original review to update my application method somewhat, having learned more the longer I've used the product. I've also deleted parts that were redundant or of little value. (I have not changed the 4 star rating I originally gave this product.)I still like this product and use it whenever I go out and about. (I'm retired, so that's not daily.) It's not a miracle, it's not a face lift or an injection, it's an inexpensive, over-the-counter cream. Keep your expectations realistic and then decide if it's worth it for you. For me, it makes enough difference to keep me coming back for more.ORIGINAL PRODUCT REVIEW, WITH EDITS: (I have no affiliation with this company or product and have NOT received any incentives or freebees for my review.)When I first tried this a year ago, it was my first experience with a wrinkle filler. I was pleased then, and, after a year of consistent use, I still have no hesitation in recommending "T&H Anti-Aging Rapid Reduction Eye Cream" to anyone who is curious about wrinkle fillers. It can't erase decades of age or abuse (sun damage, smoking, etc), but it did better than I originally expected, and I still find it to be worth the cost. (At time of this edit, cost was $17.99 per bottle with discount, $1.00 more than a year ago, but a bottle lasts quite awhile. Being retired, however, I do not use it every day.)FOR REFERENCE: I was a couple months from turning 68 yrs old when I wrote the original review. Now, 69 is just around the corner. My major problem areas are the deep nasal and marionette creases. This is what I HAVE EXPERIENCED & LEARNED after trial and error and what has eliminated the problems I initially had. Results likely vary relative to age differences, skin types, extent of wrinkling, methods of use, etc."T&H ANTI-AGING RAPID REDUCTION EYE CREAM":**does a good job on diminishing fine lines and puffiness around my eyes. It does not completely remove crows feet but does noticeably lessen them.**does a satisfactory job on the finer, horizontal wrinkles in the center of my forehead as well as the two vertical creases between the eyes. Those wrinkles aren't terribly deep on my face, and I am pleased with the difference I see before and after. (I wear my hair with light bangs which cover the deeper, horizontal wrinkles on the outer areas of my forehead so I don't bother using the product in those areas.)**The deep crevices from the nostril flare downward and the marionette lines from the corners of the mouth downward are my major problem. I really had no expectation that any cream would help at all with those, but hope springs eternal so I gave it a try. While it definitely doesn't provide the kind of results it has on the fine lines around the eyes, I do see a difference, and I apply the cream on those areas every time I use it. I think maybe what it does is reduce the puffiness AROUND those lines that make them so deep? I don't know, but whatever it does, there is a tightening wherever the product is applied that may make a difference to some degree, at least it does for me, and they are deep creases. I also use the product above my upper lip, limited results but worth doing. (Please note that wrinkles and creases that are deep DO NOT require a heavier application of product; don't get carried away and over apply this stuff or you'll have a disappointing mess. More below.)**************************************************************************************************PREPARATION & APPLICATION are very important, and if you don't get it right, you will likely hate this product and most other fillers. From what I've read, the wrong application technique and/or wrong amount of product brings about the same user complaints regardless of brand or price.PREPARATION:~~Always start with clean hands and face. Facial skin care 101 - Wash your hands first, then your face before you do anything else.~~Always apply a light moisturizer to your clean face (whether or not you use any make-up). I don't recommend a heavy moisturizer such as the type you might use overnight, but I do recommend applying a generous amount of a light moisturizer. Let the moisturizer soak in and allow your face to dry. (Lightly wipe away excess moisturizer if you've used too much.)~~With prep done, move onto make-up (if you're going to wear make-up), followed by application of the product.PRODUCT APPLICATION: I put a small amount of product (one pump) on the side of my (CLEAN) left hand, above the area where the thumb meets the first finger, and apply it to my face from that dab, using my right hand ring finger. (I'm right handed.) Add a little dab at a time as it does NOT take much product, and you don't want to use too much or waste it by wiping unused amount away (at least I don't want to; I'm cheap like that).~IMPORTANT! - This product should be applied ON TOP OF/ OVER anything and everything else. That includes moisturizers, creams, foundations, blush...all must be applied FIRST. This cream goes on LAST, NOTHING on top of it. I have found that putting anything on top of the cream can accentuate rather than diminish lines and wrinkles.(* I have never tried mixing the serum with moisturizer or foundation and applying it that way, so I cannot speak to that.)~IMPORTANT! - Do NOT use too much product; more is NOT better, and a little goes a long ways!Using too much product WILL, without a doubt, leave a chalky residue that will be difficult to "fix" without starting over. After a year of use, I have found that ending up with a VISIBLE white or chalky residue is the result of user error and improper application. Get the amount of product and the application method right and you should see results WITHOUT ANY VISIBLE RESIDUE. However, it must be said that you can "feel" where the cream has been applied if you touch those areas (which I don't recommend). It has a rather "dry" feel I guess you would call it, but you should NOT be able to SEE it unless you've applied too much product. Using a moisturizer underneath is important, as I describe above. There is a sweet spot between enough product and too much. Be patient with trial and error and don't give up; you will find it.~~FREEZE FACE - Once the cream is applied, hold your face in a NEUTRAL EXPRESSION for 10 minutes; don't raise your eyebrows, don't smile, don't frown, don't chew, don't smoke, don't blow, don't whistle, don't smooch, try not to talk (oh, oh!). Allow the serum to work undisturbed. (EDIT - It's rare that I can go an entire 10 mins without moving my face, so 5 mins is my goal, but the longer you can FREEZE FACE, the better the results.)~~DEFINING "FULL EFFECT" - The fewer and finer the wrinkles, the better the results. However, speaking from my personal experience, there's a good chance for some amount of noticeable improvement even on older skin and deeper wrinkles. (Correct usage of the product is key in all cases, and expectations must be realistic.)~~REFRESH IT - I have found that the results last all day (about 8 hrs, maybe a bit more). If the results are fading and need "refreshing", I have wet my ring finger with a small amount of cool tap water and lightly patted over the areas that were treated, and it seems to "refresh" the results SOMEWHAT. (EDIT: After a year of using this product, I rarely, if ever, do this anymore. By the time the results have faded enough to be a "bother", I'm home, on the couch, probably in my sweats & watching the tube, possibly eating something I shouldn't, with no thoughts or care of wrinkles on my face.)I have NOT tried the product on neck wrinkles so cannot speak to that application.

Disappointed
Very disappointing. It was the first time I tried a product like this. I did not see any results, it was a waste of money.,

Better than the rest!
I have been using a big name competitive product for many years because it was the only one that actually worked. Due their high price I thought I would try to find something that worked, for less money. I was amazed when I tried this because it actually works better without leaving a white residue and lasts longer. The only drawback back is the pump, it sometimes will not work until I fiddle with it. Thank you for making a great product!

Wrinkles remain!
This does not make my skin more youthful. Waste of money.

I'm a happy customer!
Think this is my third time ordering this product and I'm very happy with the results.Great customer service, I've never had a problem with the product until this last order within 5 days of getting it I finally opened package I usually open my packages when I get them but I was recovering from a medical procedure. So when I opened it to use it to go to doctors appt the dispenser wouldn't work.I tried turning the cap a few times and it would just click a few times but nothing would come out.I was going to have my hubby drop it off to return in couple of days but then I got an e-mail from the company. They thanked me for ordering their product and hoped I was happy with it.Then said if for any reason there is a problem or not working or just not happy with the product just let them know and they will send me a replacement and don't worry about returning it just throw it away. How nice was that, so I replied and explained it wouldn't dispense the cream and they sent me a replacement within approximately a week, thats good customer service.Anyway I love the product you'll have to try maybe a few times to get the ratio to where it works for you, not to thick or thin, sometimes I add a tiny drop or two in my foundation.Once you master that you should be happy with results.Thank You T & HA Happy customer!
