Essential Power Solution for My Camera Gear!
I’ve been using the KOCACKOO V-Mount Lock Battery Plate Power Supply Splitter Adapter for a few months now, and I couldn’t be more impressed. I primarily use it with my BMPCC 4K/6K and a few other DSLR cameras, and it has made a huge difference in my shooting experience. The V-Mount Lock Battery Plate is incredibly secure, ensuring my battery stays in place no matter how much I move around during a shoot. It’s also really simple to mount, thanks to the included 15mm rod clamp, which fits perfectly with my existing rig. I can trust that my power source won’t slip or wobble throughout the day.The LP-E6 Dummy Battery is a game-changer, especially for long shoots. I no longer have to worry about draining multiple camera batteries. Just pop in the dummy battery, and I’m set for the entire day. It’s also a huge bonus that it works with a wide range of cameras, including Canon 5D2/5D3/5D4/6D/6D2/7D/7D2/70D/80D/5DSR as well as my RED cameras. The adapter itself is well-built and feels solid, not flimsy at all. I’ve had no issues with overheating or power inconsistencies, even after long hours of continuous use. The versatility of being able to use the V-Mount batteries really opens up my options for power management, especially during location shoots. If you’re looking for a reliable power solution to keep your cameras running smoothly, this KOCACKOO Adapter is a must-have. It’s saved me countless headaches during shoots, and I highly recommend it!

Good deal for $$, good quality, works great.
As stated it works great. Using it with a Panasonic Eva 1 and no problems. Tapped out of it to a monitor, and no problems.Overall, for the $$ well worth it and recommend.

Works well with a few issues
Bought this to power all the devices hooked up to my rig: monitor, audio recorder, camera and lights. Having all the different power outlets is really convenient. This was one of the few plate splitters that included 15v, 12v, 8v, and 5v barrel connections, along with 2-USB-A connectors and a D-Tap. I just need to worry about one type of battery with lots of spares and everything is powered. Having all the different cables included is a nice touch. My only real complaint is the lack of mounting options. The included 15mm double rod mount doesn't appear to be made for this unit and doesn't fit properly. The holes from center to center are 59mm. All my other similar mounts are exactly 60mm. To get the mount to slide onto the rods, I have to loosen the clamps all the way out. When I tighten the clamps it makes it impossible to move any of the other double rod mounts on the same rods. The poor fit becomes very apparent when I tighten down the clamps. The tabs that extend out from the unit that fits on the rod mount bend inward. The tabs don't sit flat on the mount so it's hard to tighten it enough to keep the unit from swiveling. With a heavy battery, the unit won't stand upright. It's best to just lay it down flat on the rods, or have it hanging below. The former takes up a lot of space (requiring long rods) and the latter makes it hard to set your rig down flat on the ground. It's a pain but not worth returning it.A simple solution would be to simply replace the rod mount with one that has the correct spacing. Unfortunately, this mount is non-standard in every way. All my other double rod mounts use M5 tightening bolts on the clamps. This unit uses M4 bolts and the holes in the mounting tab of the unit have holes too small to fit the larger M5 bolts. I could drill it out, but I shouldn't have to.All the power options make this plate splitter really convenient. If I were rating it on just that aspect, I'd give it 5-stars. However the engineering and inferior quality of the materials and assembly are 2-stars. Would I recommend it? If you don't need all the power options and are willing to pay a little more, there are better battery plate splitters available.Update: found a similar battery plate with all the same outputs along with a USB-C input/output that allows charging through the plate. There are other options, some have long lead times since they ship from China. I returned this one since it doesn’t really fit my rig rods.

Does a splendid job of handling all the connections
I use this for a mobile camcorder setup. I run one D-Tap lead to a dummy battery on the camcorder, and a USB lead to a wireless HDMI transmitter. That connects back to my livestream switcher, giving me a truly wireless camera on a tripod.

Great buy, watch the 15mm rod spacing.
this is a great vmount plate and power distribution unit. All of the various IO makes this a one stop shop for basically my entire video rig when I used my DSLR for videoI would liked to have seen a USB-C connection with PD voltage options BUT the two type A @ 2.1ah output is nice. One thing to note if you buy this; the 15mm rod spacing is just a tiny bit off when you clamp the locks down. It made other 15mm rod accessories not able to slide on or off the rail system unless I removed this

Works great. Inexpensive way to use v-mounts on my rig
I have two Sony FS5 cameras and I use two of these so I can use v-mounts to power the camera rig through the Dtap connection and I use the connection ports to power a video monitor and wireless video transmitter. These work just fine for what I use them for.
