In a brief format, Marshall achieves to explain how to use NVC and gives enough examples for anyone to start practicing as soon as they start reading. This is a master piece. War is not possible when we connect with what's alice in each other. Loved it.

Eu comecei assistindo a um workshop do Marshall e depois li esse livro, que, pelo que eu vi, é uma compilação de outros títulos.Como são vários livros em um, algumas coisas são repetidas, mas eu acho isso um ponto positivo, porque serve pra rever coisas importantes.O texto é bem claro e tem muuita coisa construtiva.

I completed the foundation course in NVC recently. I then joined an NVC practice group in London to continue learning and gained an NVC buddy whom I practise with via Skype. The concepts in this book are simple but challenging to implement into daily life. The dialogues really help to give perspective of how NVC can be used to help identify feelings and needs in yourself and others in different situations. I think it’s a combination of the NVC booklets as well as an interview with Marshall at the end. I am going to use it as a guide when I’m practising so I can refer to it when I get a bit stuck. And to help me when I start the advanced trainings in NVC next year.

Learning how Marshal uses NVC real-time really helped me to appreciate how to use NVC in my everyday conversations. This is a great resource after having read the NVC book and workbook. It taught me how to apologize in NVC, it taught me why I can't blame anyone, and so much more. One of my students also bought the book after completing the NVC book and workbook. They also found it really helpful for appreciating how to use NVC.
