good quality strings.
i was surprised when i played these strings, they sound and look good too. after a week of playing the coating on the 1st string has come off (only where the pick hits), which is expected, they should have lasted atleast a month. but i would definetely order them again.

Product is awesome delivery not so much
The product is exactly what I ordered. I am less then happy The strings snap really easy, so strings my 7 string with a Floyd Rose trem. Three of them snapped just trying to string them. I didn't finally got it to string. If they last it might have been worth the hassle. They might not be so bad with a regular bridge. The delivery however not so hot. They ask for delivery instructions and those doing the delivery either don't read the instructions, don't know how to read or suck at fallowing instructions. My package ended up over a block away from it's intended destination. So zero stars on the delivery, taking int account Amazon is a delivery business that's says it all.

Look KILLER play like BUTTER! Play as well as they feel and made in the USA.
These strings are awesome. I am happy. They feel good, are very fast and they look amazing. They stay in tune and were not a problem to put on.(Floyd Rose type system) I had someone warn me that coated strings would sound like I had a sock on them, not the case. The sound through my Randall is amazing. These strings made me fall in love with my seven string. I am an experienced 6 string player and I have a nice Ibanez S7420 that has essentially sat in it's case for 10 years as I played my six strings and played bass doing shows etc. We decided to hang all my guitars on the wall, and since I needed new strings on the 7420, I decided to give these a shot, and I am so glad I did. They are made in the USA and honestly, when I pulled them out of the pack to string them, there were lots of "oohs" and "ahhs"Dang, these things are BRIGHT green. I went with the 10's to keep that low end crunch. Now, the 7420 with these super bright green strings is my guitar of choice. Major compliments on it as well. It looks totally tricked out. When I played them, that sealed the deal. Now I want to get some for my Jackson and Charvel. My normal choice for strings for 6 strings are GHS Boomers, 009-46. I have played guitar professionally on a local level since the early 90's. When I started playing bass for a band 6 years ago, I went to Cleartones for my Ibanez SR500. Those are coated strings that are amazing as well.If I can figure out how to post a pic, you'll see what I am talking about.

Buyer beware, looks aren't everything.
I decided to try coated strings again because these looked awesome. DR is a trusted name and they took quite a while to get here. Regardless I was really excited to try them out. Never again coated strings. After 1 hour of playing scales and having fun I realized my lap was coated in green flecks. Almost every single string is already losing it's coating especially in the strumming area but the high e, g, and b are missing chunks on the fretboard. Screw this. I really really really wanted to like them but I can't recommend these to anybody that wants strings that look nice and you can play. If it was a piece of wall art they're be awesome but as far as strings go look elsewhere. These were expensive, not worth the wait, and already look haggard as hell. Extremely disappointed. I don't even think I could get a refund.

I Love Them
I have a set on my 5 String Bass. They stay in tune better than the originals, Less noise (squeal),Have not put them on my new 7 String Guitar, yet. It came setup for and with D'Addario's, Plus it is a real Floyd Rose trem bridge. So, I will run those for a little while, they seem very squeeky, might just be the gauge diff. I have a feeling that will clear up a little with these though.
