The build quality is top-notch, which is exactly what I expected from a Panasonic product.However, the downside to this purchase was the price. I had been monitoring this item for a while and initially found it at a reasonable price. However, when I finally decided to make the purchase, I was shocked to see that the sellers had increased the price to 599. This was a significant jump from the earlier price, and it left a sour taste in my mouth. While I understand that prices can fluctuate, such a substantial increase felt unfair.In conclusion, if you're in the market for a reliable and high-quality product backed by Panasonic, the Panasonic 98023 UNO Series 40 Amp is an excellent choice. But, be sure to keep an eye on the pricing, as it seems to vary significantly. It's a great product, but the price hike by the sellers is a letdown.

I am disapponted to know that the ordered item is not what you advertised. And so it is useless to me. Hence I want to return it for full refund or replace the item with a new automatic change over switch for which I will pay extra if its price is higher.
