Gentle massage for small areas.
I purchased this for my husband's healing scar tissue. I used to use my fingers to massage but after awhile my fingers would really hurt and I couldn't continue. With this handy little machine, there's 3 different heads, you can find the one that feels the best. There's only one speed, and it's gentle.Battery life has held up well so far.The massager is small, easy to hold. Saves me some pain in my fingers from a lengthy massage.

IT DIED!!😡
Update: It died. I haven't used it for a couple of months. Had a second surgery, and needed to use it again. Turned it on and NOTHING! Put in new batteries right out of the package. Still NOTHING. It has literally been sitting on a shelf untouched for 2 months, and it died What kind of a product dies sitting on a shelf?$20 down the drain because I can't return it now. Might want to think twice about buying this one.Recently had surgery to repair a severed tendon in my finger. I noticed that my therapist was using one like this and decided that I could do this at home and possibly speed up my recovery. It's been great. It's exactly what I wanted. It's small enough to hold on to and manipulate, has multiple heads to get into different areas of the hand, does exactly what it's supposed to do, and was a great price. FYI, there is a clear plastic disc in the battery compartment. (should be colored so you can see it☹) YOU MUST REMOVE THIS IN ORDER FOR THE DEVICE TO WORK. This is pretty standard when batteries are included, but apparently common sense isn't all that common. For those who say it's not very powerful, it's not designed for large areas like your back, your shoulder, or even your neck. This is designed for a small area like a hand or foot, (hence the name, "Point Relief"), and it's perfect for those areas. Quite powerful for a hand.

Great for physical therapy.
This is exactly what I was looking for. It is the same quality as the one used by my physical therapist. I am grateful to have found this to use for my additional therapy I do at home.

Effective massager but will not always turn on about half the time.
The unit works quite well though it fails to activate when first turned on about 50% of the time. It is easily resolved by loosening the battery cover and returning it to the closed position. Just a minor irritation.

Very "handy" tool
Recent had a joint reconstructive surgery on a finger. Whilst recovering and going to PT I started to use this device to supplement softening scar tissue for better tendon glide and reduce scar adhesion. In the beginning this device was EXTREMELY helpful! Vibration was good and the selection of nibs had great variance. It worked a lot of tight or small areas I could do effectively with my other hand alone. Some downsides are it does feel very cheap and toy like. The swappable heads, the smallest one in particular, are too long and feel like they may snap with too much pressure. I would work with it 30-45min a day and the battery would last 1 week.Lastly, toward the end of my progress I desire deeper tissue relief and this isn't the device for it. Wrong tool for that kind of job which I won't fault it on. In the end, it really helped my progress despite its few flaws and I would highly recommend for light or soft tissue relief.

Stopped working after two weeks.
I purchased this on June 11. It’s now June 30 and doesn’t work. It was cheap and is cheap since it only lasted a couple of weeks. Wouldn’t buy it again.
