Financial transparency, a must.
I appreciate the product, delivery and smooth transaction. However I was disappointed not receiving a bill / receipt for the payment. Since I work in an educational institution, if I don’t submit the bill, I will not be reimbursed by the office. Although this instrument is meant for students, I had to pay from my pocket. In my previous order that I received from Hyderabad, there was a bill, and I had a hassle free settlement with my office here. Anyway, for greater transparency, I suggest that bill is a must.With kind regards,Robert
