So much better than a pop socket for playing Pokemon Go
I play a *lot* of Pokemon Go. I use my phone for an average of 10 hours a day, sometimes up to 14 (I know, I know), with a lot of thumb and finger movement, and shifting my phone from hand to hand. I recently upgraded to an iPhone 13 Pro from an iPhone XS, and my new phone is significantly heavier than my old one. I used to use a pop socket, but with the extra weight and size of my new phone, I was getting repetitive strain issues in my hands and wrists.I bought a few different grip options before I tried this one. I did have some issues, but when I contacted support they were prompt in resolving them - my package didn't come with extra adhesive, and the lovehandle came off the waxed part of the backing paper so easily that I accidentally slipped and it got stuck on the non-waxed paper, which left some small strips of paper stuck to it. They sent me new adhesive when I messaged them. That said, I was impatient and I attached the lovehandle to my phone with the messed-up adhesive while I was waiting for the new adhesive to come in the mail, and it's actually still securely attached even two months later. So kudos for that - even with some of the adhesive covered with paper, it works, haha.I've had this grip for about 2 months. It was too tight when I got it (and I have small hands and fingers), and a little rough at the edge, but it loosened and softened to a comfortable level of tightness within a few days. Two months in, it's looser now than I'd maybe like, but it actually doesn't affect my comfortable use of the phone or make it feel less secure, so it doesn't really register as an issue. It is *significantly* more comfortable to use than my pop socket - the fact that it's a low-profile and a flexible, slender (but not too slender), oblong strap/strip means that even as it loosens over time, I just sort of naturally change how I hold it and what fingers I use. It's easy and natural to quickly swap from hand to hand, or to switch finger positions. I imagine I may buy new ones more frequently than they might intend, but I do use my phone *significantly* more than average, for activities that involve a lot of unusual hand and finger movement, and it's worth it to me to spend $10 a few times a year to have a phone grip that works for me.

MUST HAVE phone accessory
I LOVE these things. I have had 3, one of which was replaced on the same phone. I use it constantly and over a year or two, it stretches out. I like the "love handles" more than pop sockets, etc. It allows me to loop over my finger if I need to securely carry it but don't have full use of my hand. It's great for selfies. But it also is nice to use when holding my phone for games, etc. I'll never have another phone without one of these. It is easy to put on your phone or phone case. The sticking-power is strong -- I even had a hard time getting it off when I replaced my old one recently. I used the trick with floss to try and wedge it off, but the tape was tough to get through. It lays flat and does not add any noticeable bulk to my phone. I still easily slip my phone and and out of pockets, water-proof cases, etc.

Holy cow, this thing STICKS.
It's true what they say. You don't appreciate the good things until you've been exposed to the bad.I got this because my phone case from 2021 was so slippery, you may as well slather butter all over the damn thing. It was hard plastic-like shell with geometric pattern that made the issue WORSE. I wasn't sure LoveHandle would even adhere properly, because the pattern made the back of the case both uneven and slippery. Well, adhere it did. LoveHandle outlasted the case, which broke on me a month ago.The elastic band of my LoveHandle had stretched a bit after nearly two years of usage, so I replaced LoveHandle with a metal ring-type holder, which also boasted 3M adhesive. Less a month later, the ring holder popped right off. It came with an extra adhesive, so I stuck it on and tried again. One week later, the ring holder popped right off AGAIN. I was lucky that both times were on my desk, so the phone only dropped about half a foot. Not ideal, but not enough to break my phone. But I was too nervous to entrust my phone to that thing again.I'm waiting for response from the ring holder company. But on a whim, I dug out my old LoveHandle and tried it with the extra adhesive included in the package. It turns out, even if both adhesives are 3M as advertised, what LoveHandle uses is a whole universe better than the ring holder company's choice. LoveHandle adhesive is almost like a gel or gum, and so sticky that prying it off was very difficult. The ring holder company adhesive is thinner and more foam-like, and it...pops right off.LoveHandle isn't perfect. Its design means the phone will not lie flat on any surface, and traditional phone stands don't work well with it. And the elastic band does stretch because, um, it's elastic. That's not a design flaw, but it does mean LoveHandle will have a set lifespan. I really did prefer the ring holder for its flat design and easier handling. But here's the issue: the PURPOSE of these holders is to hold your phone secure. Meaning, without coming off and dropping your phone unexpectedly. LoveHandle passes that test with flying colors. The metal ring holder...not so much.I think I'll keep using my old LoveHandle until the elastic gives out, then figure out what to do after. In the meantime, thank you, LoveHandle, for keeping my phone secure.

Bargain!
Wasn’t sure if it would be useful but it’s actually very helpful. With one finger you can avoid dropping it and it’s perfect for keeping your hand steady while taking photos. I’ve been using them daily for about 6 months and they’re still perfectly attached. I bought another for my second phone.

No adhesive
The design is great however the adhesive isn't there. I followed the steps for cleaning my phone case. My case isn't glass, silicone, or textured, but the grip came away as I was holding it for a couple minutes. I know I won't get another case, so I ended up super gluing it.
