Great replacment for Buick Encore 2015, works the same as OEM but smoother and more quiet than original. 15mn easy installation if you pre watch some youtube videos on how to install it.

Longevity
I replaced the latch on my Buick Encore in August of 2022 with this latch. It was the correct latch and fit perfect. The latch has already failed. 11/23 and the latch is done. Now looking for a replacement. It is not a small job to replace this latch and it should last longer than a year and a few months.
